Dispensers & refills

Refillable water for homes and workplaces that drink a lot of it.

A dispenser and a regular refill exchange is the simplest way to keep water on tap. Here’s how the options and the exchange process work.

A non-electric glass dispenser for presentation, or a hot and cold floor unit for everyday use.

Purchase or supply arrangement: prices shown are for purchase. If you’d prefer a dispenser provided as part of an ongoing refill arrangement, say so in your enquiry and we’ll explain the terms available for your location.

Handling, returns & exchange

How the 20 litre exchange works

  1. 1

Exchange is like-for-like: one empty AquaPure 20 litre bottle for each filled bottle delivered.

  2. 2

Empty bottles should be capped, clean and free of anything other than water.

  3. 3

Returned bottles are inspected before reuse. Cracked or heavily marked bottles may need replacing.

  4. 4

We tell you about any replacement charge before applying it.

Office setup

Setting up water in an office

A few practical points to settle before the first delivery.
  • Power and placement

Hot and cold units need a standard socket within reach. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

  • Space and access

Allow roughly a 40 × 40 cm footprint, plus room to lift a 20 litre bottle onto the top-loader.

  • How many refills?

As a rough guide, plan around one 20 litre bottle per 8–10 people per week, then adjust after the first month.

  • Storage of spare bottles

Store full bottles off the floor in a cool, shaded place, and keep empties capped ready for exchange.
