Bottled water comes in 330 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre, 1.5 litre and 5 litre sizes, sold in cases or packs. For regular use we also offer 10 litre containers with a tap and 20 litre refillable bottles for dispensers.

Most household products can be requested from a single case or bottle. A few items have a minimum — for example, 20 litre refill exchanges start at two refills per delivery.

Wholesale products show an typical minimum, such as 50 cases. The actual minimum for your location is confirmed in our quotation.

No payment is taken on this website. When we confirm your enquiry, we explain the payment options available for your order. Typical options for a business like ours include M-PESA and bank transfer, and invoicing for approved business accounts.

Yes. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly on the delivery form, or an office package for a fixed monthly quantity. We agree the delivery day with you before anything is scheduled.

Because an enquiry is not an order, you can change or withdraw it at any time before you accept our confirmation. After confirmation, contact us as early as possible — changes depend on whether the delivery has already been loaded.

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock. We review the products, quantities and location, then contact you by your preferred method to confirm pricing, availability and delivery arrangements.

Nothing is final until you accept that confirmation.

Yes. For weddings, conferences, sports days and other events, tell us the date, expected number of guests and the venue. Small bottles in cases work well for most events. Larger events are best handled through a wholesale quote so we can plan stock and delivery timing.

We list a non-electric glass tabletop dispenser and a hot and cold floor-standing dispenser. Purchase prices shown are indicative.

If you would like a dispenser as part of an ongoing supply arrangement, mention it in your enquiry and we will explain what is available.

When we deliver refills, we collect the same number of empty AquaPure 20 litre bottles. Returned bottles are inspected, cleaned and refilled before reuse.

Whether a refundable container deposit applies, and how much, is confirmed when we respond to your enquiry. Damaged bottles may need replacing, and we will tell you before any replacement charge.
